This is a tiered program, so the more great people you recommend, the more you earn.

Full-time placement rewards
First referral CHF 500
Second referral CHF 750
Third and beyond CHF 1000

Full-time candidates must remain in their new role for a 90-day probationary period before the reward is paid.
A new candidate is defined as someone who has not been in contact with Swiss Premier within the last six months.

Rewards may be claimed after a candidate has been successfully placed.

Client referral rewards are paid once a new position is filled.
